LYVNA 17U Players Make VNL

Massive congratulations to Ashleigh Saunders and Abbey Rutherford on their selection into VNL 19U teams for 2015.
Ash (Montrose/SPJ) and Abbey (Croydon Hills) are part of our 2014 LYVNA 17U-1 team and have been representing LYVNA since they were in 11U.
3 other players from the same 17U team (Tayla Harris, Renee Derimboglou and Sinead Lumsden) and Serena Gibbs from our 15-1 team have also been accepted into VNL Development Teams.
It's a testament to the success of the LYVNA Representative system and is fantastic to see our players move onto higher levels of netball.
Ash and Abbey now join many other LYVNA Rep players that have reached VNL level or higher.
Some of these include:
Shannon Eagland (Churinga) - Melbourne Vixens, Victorian Fury (ANL), and Yarra Valley Grammar (VNL)
Wendy Jacobson (South Croydon) - Melbourne Vixens
Ella Priestly (South Croydon) - Victorian Flames (ANL) and NE Blaze (VNL)
Sara Hogan (SPJ) - 2014 VNL Championship Team of the Year, Peninsular Waves (VNL)
Jackie Cullimore (South Croydon) - NE Blaze (VNL)
Melissa Martinov - NE Blaze (VNL)
Carly Baker - NE Blaze (VNL)
Steph Gibbs (Kilsyth East) - Monash Storm (VNL)
Brooke Goldsmith (Bimbadeen) - Boroondara (VNL)
Ruby Tidd (South Croydon) - NE Blaze (VNL)
