2012 HM Rd 4 Bulldogs v Central Coast (Report)

Bulldogs OLD

The Bulldogs Harold Matthews squad have hit a form slump losing their last two matches suffering a 32-8 drubbing from the Central Coast Centurions.

The opening exchanges were all positive for the Bulldogs with five-eighth Nifo Seve scoring an early try, but from that moment on it was all downhill for the Bulldogs as the Central Coast scored five unconverted tries to lead 20-4 at the break.

Things didn't get much better in the second half for the Bulldogs as the Central Coast with a confident lead behind them cemented the victory with two converted tries to lead 32-4.

A late try from interchange forward Anton Iaria gave the Bulldogs small consolation.

Interchange forward Joshua Abboud and five-eighth Nifo Seve were the best performers in an otherwise badly beaten side.

The Bulldogs have the bye for round 5 before taking on the Bulldogs affiliated SWSAS outfit in round 6.
