North Coffs continued their domination over their cross-town rivals with an impressive 95-point victory at Fitzroy Oval.
The Kangaroos always had the edge and were well served at full-forward by Ben Sykes. The Swans were powerless to stop the big recruit, while centre half-forward, Ryan Turner acted as the perfect foil with four goals.
A three-goal first-quarter deficit was the closest the Swans were in the contest. North Coffs were superior in all areas of the ground with Greg Jarman and Tom Campbell leading a strong midfield performance.
The Swans were powerless and were found out in terms of depth. Despite the best efforts of Peter Robinson and Ben Miller, there were too many passengers for what was a big home game for the club.
The win helps North Coffs strengthen their hold of second and a double chance, while the Swans will need to improve if they are to make any impression leading into the finals.

Grafton secured their second win of this year's competition with a thrilling eight-point win against Nambucca Valley at Ellem Oval.
In an enthralling contest between the bottom two sides, Grafton led for much of the game, only for the Lions to rally at every stage before doing just enough to earn the four points.
Grafton held a strong lead at half-time only for an Aaron Clarke-inspired third-quarter performance catapulting the Lions within striking distance heading into the last change.
The Tigers' dominance in the middle came to the fore in an exciting finish. Sam Morrison was superb in the middle and across half-forward with six goals, as was Jarrod Meade who was in and under every pack for his side.
Monty Schmidt led from the front for his side, who inevitably missed the match-winning ability of absent duo, Ray McGrath and Luke Benson.
Sawtell/Toormina 9.13-67 def. Port Macquarie 9.8-62
THE Sawtell-Toormina Saints maintained their 100 per cent record but were made to fight all the way by a spirited Settlers Inn Port Macquarie Magpies side in the AFL North Coast on Saturday.
A brilliant second half saw the lead change hands several times in a frantic final quarter before the Saints held on to win by only five points.
At a windy Stuart Park, both teams came out firing in the opening term.
Goals to Beau Hawtin and Dirk Sheldon saw the Magpies take an early lead before the Saints hit back with two of their own.
Jesse Schmidt goaled late to see the Pies go into the first break up by six points.
With the stiff breeze now at their backs, the Saints put huge pressure on the Magpies back line.
Excellent play by Greg Dean and Justin Mohr saw the home side keep in touch on the scoreboard.
The match was becoming increasingly physical with players from both clubs going down injured.
It was Sawtell though that showed they had the ability to perform under pressure, coming out on top and securing the four points. It wasn't the only close game of the day with the Reserves and Under 18s decided by single-figured margins.
