Flames Welcome NEW Development Officer
On behalf of our Club President Mark Jorgensen and the entire Board of Directors, the Rockingham Flames would formally like to welcome Taylor Land to the club in the newly established Development Officer position.
Taylor is no stranger to the club, having played alongside his brother Cooper for the Flames Mens SBL team in the 2014 season. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for the game, in particular the development side of things, and is looking forward to beginning in his new role with the Club.
Through the Development Officer role, it is envisaged it will allow the club to have a much broader presence in the local community through School Clinics, Community Engagement and other various avenues down the track. Taylor will also be back as a player along with Cooper for the Men's SBL side this coming season, as well as coaching one of the Boys WABL teams as he did in 2014
Taylor is expected to begin in the position in the next week or so, and we would expect all of our members to make him feel welcome into his new position.
