Inicia Baloncesto Novicios
Con la participación de cien (98) equipos inicia este sábado el torneo de Baloncesto Categoría Novicios. Se jugará en carnavales iniciando a las 9:00 de la mañana en las Canchas de Guaynabo Basketball Academy, Urb. Alturas de Rio Grande, Urb. El Rosario de Vega Baja y en Humacao LIBIH; además se jugará desde las 10:00 a.m. en la Petaca Iguina de Arecibo, Santa Marta de San Germán, Urb. Constancia de Ponce y Las Colinas de Toa Baja. El Carnaval del Boys and Girls Club Las Margaritas dará inicio a las 11:30 a.m.
El torneo es organizado por la Federación de Baloncesto de Puerto Rico y participan jóvenes de 15 y 16 años. El pasado año los Indios de Mayaguez se proclamaron Campeones quedando los Huracanes de FRAIGCOMAR como sub campeones.
