A forfeit is the last thing we want to happen, so if you know you will need to forfeit, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can notify the other team or make alternative arrangements.

Your earliest notification will be greatly appreciated.

FYI Sportz Central will still charge CHBA for you court unless we can notify them one week ahead of the forfeit.
