WHAT: Introduction to Sports Massage
CONTENTS:
*Contra-indications in Massage
*Etiquette in Sports Massage
*Proper application and terminology
*Preparation and Recovery for an athlete pre and post competition.
DURATION: 2 x evenings of 3 x Hours
WHEN: 6pm to 9pm Wednesday/20th April and Wednesday/27th April 2016
WHERE: Hoys Physiotherapy Clinic, Shop 9 -Jetty Village Shopping Centre, Coffs Harbour
COSTS: $110.00
ATTIRE: Neat casual/comfortable clothing
EQUIP: Students are required to bring 2 x towels and a small quantity of a water dispersible massage oil.
CERTIFICATE: A Certificate of Attendance will be posted out to students by Sports Medicine Australia (SMA) on completion of the Course
