Level 0 (Beginner) Referee Course at CHBA
Each year CHBA Referee Coordinator, Vicki Robertson, takes a new crop of referees and trains them up.
It's that time of year again when we are looking for boys and girls in Year 7 or older who would like to pick up a whistle and learn to be a referee.
CHBA will be holding a Level 0 referee course on Saturday 7th May from 9am to 12pm at Sportz Central.
The cost of the course is $50, which includes a whistle, referee rule book and a referee shirt when you have completed the course.
Referees will need to be in at least Year 7, be available regularly on saturday's and be keen and willing to learn.
