Woodend-Hesket coach Glenn Hopkins has stood down as senior coach after three years at the helm of the Riddell District Football League club.
Hopkins told the Star Weekly on Monday that he thought it was time to move on after three years at the club.
He coached Diggers Rest for seven years before moving to the Hawks.
Hopkins said the biggest highlight of his time at the club was the development of the younger players.
"There's a whole lot of younger players who have been able to opened up to a higher level of coaching.
"Being able to educate not just the younger players, but also the older players who been really good."
