HEY KIDS, HERE'S A CHANCE TO WIN A CASH PRIZE OF $500
At MBF and AFL Tasmania, we realise that young people have important hopes and dreams for the future.

They can also be inspiring to other young people and this is why we are conducting the MBF-AFL Tasmania Essay Competition again this year.

A MESSAGE FROM PREMIER JIM BACON
We all have dreams for the future, but often they become forgotten in the hurly-burly of everyday life.
So it is important that once in a while we stop to think about what we want to achieve in the future.
For this reason, the MBF-AFL Tasmania "Youth Inspire" Essay Competition gives out young people an opportunity to write of their hopes and dreams.
I have no doubt that the entries will provide an insight into the aspirations of our young people, and will provide inspiration to others who are struggling with the issues of growing up in a complex world.
I encourage Tasmanian students to think about the future, and to submit an entry to this very worthwhile competition
JIM BACON
