AFL Tasmania has announced the first 60 players, coaches, administrators / volunteers and media representatives to be inducted into the Tasmanian Football Hall of Fame.
The 130 people of football to be inducted will be announced over the next three Wednesdays in the date order that they commenced their contribution to Tasmanian football.
The first official induction of the Tasmanian Football Hall of Fame will take place on 15 July at a gala function at Wrest Point Casino.
The following inductees have participated in today's media announcements:
Media inductee - Keith Welsh
Player inductee - Terry Cashion
Player inductee - Noel Atkins
Coach inductee - Paddy Martin
Volunteer inductee - George Viney
