THE Tasmanian foursome at the AFL draft camp in Canberra performed well, Tassie Mariners coach Hamish Ogilvie said.
"Todd Grima, Sam Iles, Grant Birchall and Angus Graham all did pretty well in a camp where no-one really stood with the exception of Tom Rischbieth from Sturt [SA]," Ogilvie said.
"He did a 15.9 for the beep test to break the record of 15.6 set by Jarrad McVeigh and David Spriggs," Ogilvie said.
"Iles was our best in the beep with a 14.6, which put him in the top three of the midfield group. Grima's 13.6 shouldn't be taken too much notice of because he was below his best with a virus."
Birchall was smart in the 20m runs with with a couple of 2.93s which put him in the top 10.
The draft camp finishes today.
