Following the 2014 NAB AFL Draft, AFL Queensland will be running its annual Level 2 Coaching Course. In conjunction with this course there will be a Talent ID and Coach Coordinator Course, two critical roles in successfully running a modern football program. Talent ID Course
Date: Friday 28th November
Time: 1:00 – 7:00pm
Venue: Metricon Stadium, Nerang-Broadbeach Rd Carrara
Details: Searching for the next AFL Star is a full-time profession for scores of recruiting personnel at the AFL Level. This course is designed to give insight into identifying and recruiting talented athletes.

Level 2 Coaching Course
Date: Saturday 29th – Sunday 30th November
Time: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Venue: Metricon Stadium, Nerang-Broadbeach Rd Carrara
Details: High level Coaching Course designed for coaches currently involved or looking to be involved in representative or development squads. Coaches are required to have held a level 1
accreditation for more than 2 years, and be coaching in youth or senior football.

Coaching Coordinator Course
Date: Saturday November 29th
Time: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Venue: Metricon Stadium, Nerang-Broadbeach Rd Carrara
Details: The role of a coaching coordinator is becoming increasingly important in developing a strong football program. This course aims to further develop the role of a coach coordinator to support coaches across key areas: administration, education and potential.
