Don’t miss all the AFL pre-season action in Townsville in March 2013! 

As part of the Festival of Football, tickets are on sale for the NAB Cup match between the Gold Coast SUNS v North Melbourne Kangaroos to be played at Tony Ireland Stadium on Saturday 2 March at 3.30pm.  

This is a fantastic chance to see two great teams in action in the second round of the NAB Cup fixture. Both teams will be competing for the chance to be in the running to ultimately win the pre-season NAB Cup competition.  Get in early to secure your seat!

As well as the main game, this will be a great afternoon with loads of AFL on show for footy fans, as well as entertainment for all the family, including:

12.30pm Pre-game match between ADF (Australian Defence Force) v Townsville representative side – weather dependant 
2pm Pre-game entertainment including 1 RAR military band 
3.30pm Gold Coast SUNS v North Melbourne Kangaroos 
Half time NAB AFL Auskick and Cadbury AFL 9s exhibition game (AFLQ) 
6.30pm Suns Academy 18s Trial, NQ Academy vs. Metro Academy 
Gates open 11:30am.

Ticket prices

$25 grandstand, $20 adult general admission, $14 concession 
Children under 15 free in advance of the game (must obtain ticket through Ticketshop) or  $5.50 on game day 
Children under 6 free – either via prior reservations or on the day.
