The 2015 Halls Woollacott Awards will be held on Sunday 23rd August at the Moet and Chandon Pavilion, Morphetville Racecourse.

TICKETS FOR TEAMS

If you are attending the Halls Woollacott awards luncheon on behalf of your Premier League Basketball team (e.g. you are an athlete, coach, team manager, club dignitary etc.) and you want to sit on your club's table, then you need to contact and book through your club secretary. Club secretaries will make one booking per club to cover the group.

TICKETS FOR INDIVIDUALS

If you wish to attend the Halls Woollacott Awards luncheon and you are an official, a life member, a former winner, a member of the 300 club or other, then you will need to book as an individual using the form attached, submitted and paid for by 10th August 2015.

PLEASE NOTE

•      No tickets will be allocated without prior payment.

•      Bookings are processed only with a record of payment.

•      Payments are to be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

•      Clubs, please pay only the amount payable for this event only, do not include other invoices as part of this payment.

•      Please ensure your EFT payment has your name or club, e.g. Personal: JSmith HWT or Club: SturtHWT, as the transaction description.

•      Bookings close on 10th August 2015.

•      Tickets will be mailed to your nominated address on 17th August 2015
