TICKETS FOR TEAMS
If you are attending the Halls Woollacott awards luncheon on behalf of your Central Australian Basketball team eg: you are an athlete, coach, team manager, club dignitary etc and you want to sit on your clubs table then you need to book through your club secretary. Club secretaries are to make 1 booking per club to cover the group using the online booking form, submitted and paid for by 10th August 2014.
TICKETS FOR INDIVIDUALS
If you are attending the Halls Wollacott awards luncheon as an official, a life member, a former winner or a member of the 300 club or other then you need to book as an individual using the online booking form, submitted and paid for by 10th August 2014.
PLEASE NOTE
• No tickets will be allocated without prior payment.
• Bookings are processed only with a record of payment.
• Payments are to be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
• Please ensure your EFT payment has your name or club, eg: Personal: JSmith HWT or Club: SturtHWT, as the transaction description.
• Bookings close on 10th August 2014.
• Tickets will be mailed to your nominated address on 17th August 2014.
If you have any issues accessing the online booking form, try opening it using a different browser and if that fails you may save or print and scan the booking form and email it to kmedhurst@basketballsa.com.au
