Wildcats Win it All!

The Alloyfold Canterbury Wildcats completed their most successful season in WBC history as the team went undefeated in all games to claim the title, and then swept the pool at the awards night.

 

The team beat Waikato 68-54 in the final to compile an incredible 13-0 record in the Women's Basketball Championship. The team dominated the finals series, accounting for Taranaki 70-38 in the semi, after two dominant wins in pool play.

In addition Lori McDaniel was named coach of the WBC, Fran Edmonson MVP of the finals, and Ushmah Shah named as Team Manager of the year.
