WARRANDYTE LOSES A VALUED MEMBER - R.I.P REECE BORELLA
It is with great sadness that Warrandyte Basketball announces the unexpected passing of former player and coach, Reece Borella, aged 29. A true gentlemen, teammate, friend and volunteer of the club, Reece played juniors and seniors at the club, including a key on-court leadership role in the club's first Big V men's team.
Reece passed away in his sleep during the week. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to parents Allen and Larraine, and siblings Jade, Jaz, Toby and Chloe, along with all extended family. Warrandyte Basketball greatly values the contributions Reece made as a player, a coach and a leader within the club and the community.
Rest In Peace - Reece Borella.
