2014 Winter finals structure
Basketball Geelong can confirm there will be no consolation finals played to end the 2014 Winter Championship season.
As a result member clubs have agreed that to cover the loss of the consolation finals, game tickets will cost $10 for all player during the finals.
Discussions on alternatives for the future will be held between Basketball Geelong and clubs.
Finals commence on Saturday August 30 and conclude on Friday September 19.
Grand Final week begins on September 13, with the highlight, the Division 1 men's and women's grand finals, to be played on Tuesday September 16.
