AFL 9's kicks off season 2015 at 6:00pm with a Registration Day at the Jubilee Oval today, the 8th of October.
McDonald's AFL 9s is the AFL's official social version of the game. It's a fast, fun, free-flowing game that involves 9 players on each team playing on a smaller field. Best of all, it's 'touch football' with no tackling or bumping, making it suitable for everyone.
Players must be 13+ and each team registered is allowed an unlimited bench, but at least 3 female players need to be on the field at all stages of the game.
The competition will run over 9 rounds, with the first round to be played on the 15th of October (Thursday of next week).
Team registration is $130 plus $5 per player each week.
Please note that not all team members are required to attend the Registration Day, one team member is able to sign the team up.
