Clearances / Permits are now available for the 2016 Winter season.
These forms can be found on our website or via this news article.
Clearance forms will close on Friday 20th May.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ACTUAL FORM TO FOLLOW THE CORRECT PROCESS. UNSIGNED FORMS CANNOT BE HANDED TO THE SPORTS OFFICE.
