Nathan is the Bendigo Braves and Bendigo Junior Braves Administrator. Nathans goal is to make Bendigo Basketball the best run and most elite Basketball program in all of Australia! Nathan also coordinates basketball programs such as the McBiddy Ball program, the Braves "Love the Game" Basketball camp. Nathan is also part of the SEABL referees panel.

Off the court Nathan has a keen interest in Mental Health Awareness and on behalf of the Bendigo Stadium received a Clubs Victoria award for his 'Be Brave Speak Up' concept held in 2014.
