New format for Summer Season 2014-2015 due to lack of numbers.

We are hoping to encourage more girls to give competitive basketball a try and also allow the girls that already play and continue to do so.

Tuesday Nights – Format as follows:

• Commences Tuesday October 21^st
• All under 10 girls (born in 2006 or later) will join together for a training session from 4.45 – 5.30
• The girls will be divided into equal teams (not club based) and mini games of 4 x 8 minute quarters will be played after practice session.
• It hoped that after the first 3 weeks the girls can be settled into set teams and will play in the same team for the rest of the season.

• Total cost will be $60 per girl for the season. This is a cost effective introduction to competitive basketball as they also do not need a uniform – The stadium will be providing coloured bibs for the teams.
• Girls do not have to be associated with a club to come out and try this.
• Judi Prosser – One of our most experienced junior coaches – is co-ordinating the program and will be joined by coaches from some of the clubs – any other coaches willing to assist will be greatly appreciated.
