- Review and approve the Minutes of the 2018 AGM
- Receive and approve the following reports:
- President’s report
- Treasurer’s report and 2019 financial statements
- Secretary’s report
- Consider and vote on the following Special Resolution:
That the members resolve to replace the current Rules of the Ringwood Basketball Association Incorporated with the form of Constitution recommended by Basketball Victoria, amended as appropriate for the Ringwood Basketball Association Incorporated
Members can review the proposed updated Constitution prior to the AGM at www.ringwoodhawks.com.au
- Election of Office Bearers
- Vice President – 2 year term
- Treasurer – 2 year term
- Secretary – 2 year term
- Ordinary Members x 3 – 2 year term
Nomination forms are available at www.ringwoodhawks.com.auand are to be placed in the RBA Mail Box at “The Rings” or emailed to secretary@ringwoodbasketball.com by 5.00pm Sunday 24 November, 2019
