During his younger years In Sydney, Ben played basketball at the junior representative level culminating in a number of seasons with the Sydney Comets. After a long period away from the game, Ben is enjoying his whole family’s involvement back in basketball. Ben has held a number of senior management positions within Amcor and Transpacific Cleanaway.

In 2014 he was nominated to and accepted for the position of NWB Director (Participation), then transferred to the role of Director, (High Performance) in 2015.
