STATE CUP FINAL RESULTS

It was a memorable day for Association football in NSW as the inaugural 2014 State Cups took place on a sunny Winter’s day at Blacktown Football Association as fifteen teams were crowned Champions in their respective divisions.

Football South Coast Association finished up with four titles, the most of any association on the day as Woonona, Wollongong Olympic, Shellharbour JFC and Albion Park Womens FC all won their respective age groups.

Sutherland Association tasted success four times also while Gladesville Association along with Southern Districts took out two titles.

A title was shared amongst four associations as clubs from the St George, Northern Suburbs and Nepean regions lifted their Championships.

St George Association’s Connells Point took out the Frank Broughton Cup defeating Gladesville’s Ryde Saints United 2-1 while Northern Suburbs’ Northbridge FC took out the Cheryl Salisbury Cup defeating Eastern Suburbs Association’s Pagewood Botany 1-0.

Southern Districts Association’s AC United claimed the Robertson Cup while Bankstown Association’s Menai Hawks clinched the Bull Cullinan Cup.
