FSC ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
POSITION DESCRIPTION
FSC Administration Assistant
Football South Coast (FSC), based in the Illawarra, has close to 12,000 registered players. A casual position is available to assist with administration tasks across football competitions and programs. Expected to be around 8-16 hours per week spread over two days between 9:30am and 5pm, depending on the period of the competition season.
REPORTS TO: CEO and MD of Football South Coast and FSC Competition Coordinators.
Primary Accountabilities and Duties
- Customer service via front counter duties and managing and directing phone calls
- Assist Competition Coordinators with data administration and competition management
- Processing payments and managing enquiries across our competitions and programs
- Assisting in the registration process
Desired Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in sporting administration and business management with a keen interest in football
- Excellent presentation, customer service and communication skills
- Has an ability to pay attention to detail and excellent data entry skills

Internal: FSC staff
External: Member Club representatives, Players, Parents
