FSC GIRLS SAP & GIRLS CONFERENCE TRIALS

Moving into the 2018 season, FSC has applied to FNSW to expand our player pathway to provide greater opportunity for girls to represent our region and develop their football development under Football South Coast, as a result of this, the following programs will be rolled out in 2018.

Skill Acquisition Program (14 players per age group) – in 2018Football South Coast will be operating the program under our own FNSW SAP License, which will be a full time representative program and similarly structured to the mixed SAP where teams will play against other associations across FNSW. 

  • Under 10s 
  • Under 11s 
  • Under 12s 
  • Under 13s 

In addition to this, we have applied to expand our player pathway beyond the Skill Acquisition age groups for FSC to be a part of the 2018 Girls Conference League (16 players per age group), which will be a full time representative program and similarly structured to the boys AYL where teams will play against other Associations and Clubs across FNSW, for the following age groups:

  • Under 14s 
  • Under 15s
  • Under 17s

As part of our commitment to ensuring we have the strongest possible coaching staff with the correct coaching accreditations, the following head coaches have been appointed for the 2018 season:

 

  • FSC Technical Director – Jonathan Forster (AFC/FFA Advanced A Licence)
  • Under 10s – Lilly Dillinger (FFA Skills Training Certificate, attending AFC/FFA Advanced Youth C Licence November/December)
  • Under 1ss – Alex Waters (AFC/FFA Advanced Youth C Licence)
  • Under 12s – Peter Dohnt (AFC/FFA Advanced Youth C Licence)
  • Under 13s – Steve Srbinovski (AFC/FFA Advanced B Licence)
  • Under 14s – Daniel Naumovski (AFC/FFA Advanced Youth C Licence)
  • Under 15s – Mick Southwell (AFC/FFA Advanced Youth C Licence)
  • Under 17s – Peter Dohnt (AFC/FFA Advanced C Licence)

 

The trial period for the selection of these squads will be as follows:

(Please note that all players wishing to be considered for SAP or Conference League, are required to attend the first trial)

Sunday 22nd October 

  • Under 10s – 9:00am – 10:00am 
  • Under 11s – 10.15am – 11.15am 
  • Under 12s – 11.30am – 12.30pm
  • Under 13s – 12.45pm – 1.45pm 

Tuesday 24th October 

  • Under 10s & Under 11s – 5:00pm – 6.15pm 
  • Under 12s & Under 13s – 6.30pm – 7.45pm 

 

GIRLS CONFERENCE LEAGUE

Venue – Kooloobong Oval – University Of Wollongong

Tuesday 21st November  

  • Under 14s – 5:00pm – 6.15pm
  • Under 15s – 5:00pm – 6.15pm
  • Under 17s – 5:00pm – 6.15pm 

 

Thursday 23rd November  

  • Under 14s – 5:00pm – 6.15pm
  • Under 15s – 5:00pm – 6.15pm
  • Under 17s – 5:00pm – 6.15pm
