EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - CLUB DIRECTORS
Football South Coast recently announced a new representative football club – South Coast Flame FC. From Season 2018, the Football South Coast Association club will begin to compete in the Football NSW State League in the Under 18’s, 20’s and First Grade.
In order to compete in the FNSW Competition, FSC has set up a separate legal entity and will be responsible for all South Coast Flame FC Board appointments.
As a result, FSC are calling for EOI from members of the Illawarra Community for appointment as a Director to the South Coast Flame FC Board. Candidates will be assessed under a merit based selection process as per the Eligibility Criteria outlined in Attachment A.
This is a working Board and Candidates will be required to demonstrate their capacity to attend all required meetings.
The ideal Candidate will have demonstrated success in corporate, government, community or business organisations with a proven track record in implementing good governance practices and in collaborating with stakeholders.
Candidates with a successful record of working within Sports Administration, Finance, Business Development, Marketing and Governance are strongly encouraged to apply.
