WOLLONGONG UNITED MARCH INTO THE CUP FINAL

Wollongong United Football Club have once again qualified for the Bampton Cup Final after coming from behind against a determined Warilla Wanderers 5-3 in the semi final on Wednesday night at Macedonia Park.

Warilla led twice before a strong second half from Wollongong United saw them wrap up the game. It's the fourth time in five years the club has made it to the Cup Final.

They will play Wollongong Olympic in the final after Albion Park White Eagles unfortunately played an ineligible player effectively handing Olymopic a spot in the final.

In the Youth Grade, Wollongong United needed penalties to beat Port Kembla after scores were locked at 1-1 at full time.
