2017 FFA CUP DRAW

FSC have 5 teams entered in the 2017 version of the FFA Cup. There was excitement last year with several local clubs fairing extremely well with Wollongong United going within one step from the main National Draw.

As we have seen with the Wollongong Wolves, there could be major drawcard matches when placed in the main National Draw as well as major exposure for the club and league.

This year: Albion Park White Eagles, Kemblawarra Fury, Picton Rangers, Wollongong United and Bulli FC will all be flying the FSC flag in the tounament.

These clubs will all be taking part in Round 3 (18/19 March):

Albion Park White Eagles are at home to Penshurst United. A win there and they play the winner of Lane Cove FC and Blue Mountains FC.

Kemblwarra Fury are at home to Coogee FC. A win there and they take on the winner of Maryong FC and Gosford FC.

Picton Rangers are away to Sydney North West. A win there and they take on the winner of Baulkham Hills and West Ryde Rovers.

Wollongong United are at home to The Ponds. A win there and they play the winner of Hurtviille Minotaurs and Doonside Hawks.

Bulli FC take on Sydney CBD away. A win there and they take on NPL2 outfit Macarthur Rams away.

It appears that several of our clubs have received favourable draws and there is a good chance one or two of these may advance deep into the NSW portion of the draw.

FSC wishes all FSC participating clubs the best of luck.
