2015 Game Fee Structure

Notice to Members

TBI Management Committee met with club delegates recently to discuss fee structure and payment options for the 2015 season.

At that meeting a number of issues were discussed. They are:

1. Current payment process includes an administration fee and a per transaction fee which is thought to be excessive.

2. The issue of locking players into paying for a whole season when they may be shift workers (army, students, etc.).

3. Game fees too high.

4. Second game fee. Following consideration of the points raised by delegates, TBI has unanimously resolved as follows: 1. Members can pay game fees at the TBI office by cash or EFTPOS with no surcharges. Credit card payment will incur a 2.5% surcharge. 2. Senior players can purchase 10 game packs from the office for $150 for use when they play a game. This is not available for Juniors. 3. In relation to byes, TBI will liaise with clubs to arrange extra games against another side. 4. Second game fee will be $240 for the season for seniors and juniors.

5. Game fees have now been set as follows: a. Juniors - $345 per season; b. Seniors - $380 per season.

A refund will be paid to anyone who has paid their fees already.
