Position Vacant Part-time Games Controller $18per hour
Mandurah Basketball Association is seeking a suitable person to perform the following duties of Game Controller.
You would need to be available from Mon– Wed 3:30pm – 9:30pm, Thurs-Fri 3:30pm-7pm and Saturday 7:30am —6:00pm
This job is lots of little things rolled into one – you need to be organised and have the time available.
Training Provided.
Game Controller – Job Description:
- General Enquiries from the public.
- Being Present at competition game days from 3:30pm – 10pm Mon-Wed, 3:30pm-7:30pm Thurs-Fri and Saturday 7:30am—6pm.
- Setting up courts ready for play
- Print and have ready all scoresheets for the games
- Making sure everything gets put away and locked up at the end of each night.
- Taking custody of team registration files
- Being contacted by teams for any forfeits or re-scheduled games throughout the season
- Entering results of games into FIBA and then updating results onto our website (mid week only).
- Entering the MVP votes from each game.
- Any other jobs that MBA may require.
- First contact for incidents
