WINTER 2015 Nominations Closing Soon
Winter 2015 nominations will close after the Grand Finals on Sunday 29th March, as per past practice. The age for the various competitions is determined by the players age on 31/12/2015
Under 18 Boys and Girls (Born 1998/1999)
Under 16 Boys and Girls (Born 2000/2001)
Under 14 Boys and Girls (Born 2002/2003)
Under 12 Boys and Girls (Born 2004/2005)
Under 10 Mixed (Born 2006 or later)
Where nominating a team in the Under 10 Mixed competition could you please indicate the gender of each player.
Below are nomination forms for both the Junior and Senior competitions and a clearance form which needs to be filled in for all players transferring from another club/team.
For the Senior Competition it is a requirement of our Member Protection Policy that a ‘Junior player permit’ is required ALL players under 18 years of age . This form MUST be signed by both the junior players parent/guardian and their last junior club.
Please ensure that a coloured photo or drawing of your team uniform, and alternate uniform if you have one, is attached to your nomination.
ALL NOMINATIONS MUST BE ON THE OFFICIAL NOMINATION FORM as per attachment.
