Hello USCBC Club Members

We would like to advise you all of an important change with USCBC.

We all consider that the ongoing management, promotion and growth of USCBC, is imperative for its continued success on and off the court for our children into the future.  Based on a review by the committee it was concluded we cannot continue to drive and manage positive growth in the association with our current model.

The committee would like to announce that we will be implementing a new full time position of "Operations Manager" for USCBC. This position will be responsible for all the day to day operations of the management, development and promotion for the association, reporting to the Committee.  Applications for this new full time position was only open to people currently holding paid positions with the association, in part to acknowledge the good work they have done.

The Committee is proud to announce that Steve Catlin will be appointed at Operations Manager for USCBC.  To ensure this change is made with continued positive momentum there will be a transition period from now to the end of the current season that will see responsibilities slowly transition to Steve as well as the introduction of new initiatives to improve the management, development and promotion of USCBC.

We are convinced that this new model for association management, development and promotion with continued strong volunteer contribution will see USCBC continue to go from strength to strength. The USCBC committee is excited about this new era for the association and would encourage all members to join the committee in welcoming Steve into his new role.
