By ZAC MILBANK | Twitter @zacmilbank
Excitement is building in Port Lincoln as locals prepare to host Adelaide’s SOLD OUT NAB Challenge match against North Melbourne on Sunday.
With the Crows tackling the Kangaroos at the picturesque Centenary Oval from 4.10pm, Port Lincoln Football League operations manager Robyn Rowsell has been busy preparing for the highly-anticipated match.
Speaking on Community Football Radio, Rowsell details what it will mean for the locals to rub shoulders with their AFL heroes during the club’s two-day camp on Monday and Tuesday.
The Crows will conduct a coaching clinic at Centenary Oval on Monday from 4.30pm with players set to sign autographs at the clinic’s conclusion.
Coach Phil Walsh’s squad will then hold an open training session at Centenary Oval from 10am on Tuesday, providing those on the Eyre Peninsula with a great opportunity to experience an elite environment.
Crows players Eddie Betts and Keenan Ramsey hail from Port Lincoln as well as Kangaroos Daniel Wells and Lindsay Thomas.
