ACT 17.10 (112) defeated Northern Territory 2.0 (12)
One hundred-point winners ACT played to show they can produce a better brand of footy than they displayed on day one when they were soundly beaten by NSW. ACT never allowed Thunder to get into the play despite NT’s excellent endeavour.

Western Australia 8.10 (58) defeated Queensland 4.4 (28)
Kirby Bentley put on an incredible individual display of illusive skills to deflect Queensland. A 55m torpedo goal by Chelsea Randall in the 4th quarter eventually sunk the valiant Sunfire team.

NSW 16.14 (110) defeated Tasmania 1.0 (6)
NSW Blues broke Tassie’s fairytale beginning to their first ever Women’s Nationals by outscoring them by over 15 goals. Too tall, too fast and too robust NSW did not allow Tasmania to produce the same flow on football they did in their first match.
New South Wales

Both teams produced a more cohesive and flowing style of play but it was the Vics who held the upper hand running out 56 point winners.
