Western Toros Junior Trials
The Western Toros SC is a Starclub accredited club with Junior Teams in the Junior Premier League and in Miniroos.
Trials for the 2015 Season are commencing in late September with dates as follows:
Mon. 22, Rushworth Reserve: 6pm U6-11s, 6:30pm U12-U17s
Wed. 24, Pennington Oval: 6pm U6-11s, 6.30pm U12-U17s
Sun. 28, Rushworth Reserve: 9am U6-11s, 10am U12-14s, 11am U15-17s
The Club has two venues with Junior training predominantly held at Pennington Oval (Collins Street, Pennington), however in 2015 it is anticipated that several Junior matches will be held at Rushworth Reserve (Anson Street, Blair Athol). Both venues have clubrooms with Rushworth a lighted stadium and Pennington with lights for training under.
The club welcomes all players from 6years of age up to 17 years who are interested in playing for a Club which has a strong commitment towards developing players. The Club is aware of the FFA National Curriculum’s objectives and all coaches at Western Toros SC are committed to following the National Curriculum.
Please ensure that you turn up 15 minutes prior to trials commencing for your age group to register your information. Also please ensure that appropriate boots and shin-guards are worn for trials and that a water bottle is also brought.
A $200 deposit is required to secure a position for next season at the end of the Trials period, however registration and deposits can be taken earlier by agreement.
Fees for 2015 are as follows: Miniroos $350 which includes for field players; Home and Away shirts, a pair of shorts and socks.
For Junior Premier League Teams fees have been set at $650 which also includes for field players; Home and Away Shirts, a pair of Shorts and socks.
