Football Federation SA congratulates Damian Mori, Adrian Santrac, Kristyn Swaffer and Tony Vidmar on their induction into the Hall of Fame in 2011.

The four inductees will be officially present at the FFSA 2011 Men's Player of the Year Dinner, Friday September 23.

Born in Melbourne, Victoria

Contributed to the game of football as a Player and Coach

Played 49 times for Australia, including 3 World Cup campaigns and 13 times at U/23 level, including 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, Played 447 games scoring 240 goals in the NSL, and an additional 135 games and 93 goals for Adelaide City in the local league

Won 3 National Championship Medals, 2 Australian Player of the Year Awards, 6 Australian Top Goal Scorer Awards, 5 SA Championship Medals, 3 Golden Boot Awards and 2 FFSA Fed Cup Winners Medals

HALL OF HONOUR as a member for OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION

Born in Adelaide, South Australia 

Contributed to the game of football as a Player & Coach

Played 170 NSL games, Won National Championship Medal, Oceania Club Championship Medal, NSL Cup Winners Medal, 2 SA Championship Medals, 2 Fed Cup Winners Medals, Player of the Year (Rothman’s Medal), Golden Boot Award, 4 Ampol Cup Winners Medals, Top 4 Winners Medal

Head Coach of the Australian Women’s National team (Matilda’s) 2000/04, Australian Women’s Institute of Sport team 2000/04 and the Australian Women’s U/19 team 2003/04, Australian Women’s team Coach for FIFA Women’s World Cup USA 2003, Women’s Olympic team Athens Olympic Games in 2004 where Australia progressed past the group stages for the first time in any Senior Women’s World Cup or Olympic competition


K. (Kristyn) Swaffer

Born in Blackwood South Australia 

Contributed to the game of football as a Player and Coach, Player Life Member FFSA 

Played 30 times for Australia at senior level and has also represented Australia at Schoolgirl and U/16 levels. Selected in the SAWSA All Stars Team on 4 separate occasions

SAWSA Player of the Year 5 times, Club Best Player 4 times, Top SAWSA Goal Scorer twice, Top Club Goal Scorer 3 times, Club Players Player of the Year twice, most consistent SAWSA State Player 1995 and Best Player State team 1996, was also Vice-Captain of the inaugural Adelaide United W-League team


T. (Tony) Vidmar
HALL OF CHAMPIONS as a member for OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

Born in Adelaide South Australia

Contributed to the game of football as a Player and Coach, inducted into the National Hall of Fame 2009 and is a Player Life Member FFSA

Played 91 times for Australia, of which 76 were “A” Internationals, Played 19 times for the National U/23 side, 5 times for South Australia and has been involved in 4 World Cup campaigns

Played 182 NSL games, of which 149 games were for Adelaide City before playing overseas with various clubs including Ekeren, NAC Breda, Rangers, Middlesbrough and Cardiff City, Won numerous Championship Medals in Australia and Overseas, is currently Head Coach of SASI
