MetroStars finalise coaching panel for 2012

MetroStars have named Michael Pirone and Ivan Karlovic as Assistant Coaches and Brian Gale as Goalkeeper Coach to complete new Senior Coach Rick Cerracchio's Senior Coaching panel for season 2012.

Pirone, who retired from Federation level Football in 2010, played 53 matches for MetroStars.

Karlovic, who retired at the completion of the 2011 Devine Super League season, played 170 matches for MetroStars.

MetroStars wishes to announce that the club will retire the number 4 shirt for season 2012, in tribute to Karlovic.
 
Gale joins the club as the Senior’s Goalkeeping Coach. Gale represented South Australia in Under 16, 19, 21 and Senior levels.
 
Gale has played for Enfield Victoria, West Adelaide, Para Hills, Elizabeth City, White City Woodville, Salisbury United, Modbury, Campbelltown City, Parafield Gardens, The Pines, Salisbury Florina, Salisbury Inter, St. Peters and recently with Adelaide Villa.
 
Rino Rossi, who led the Reserves to the 2011 Devine Super League title has been reappointed as Reserves Coach, while Rick Petropoulos has also been reappointed as Under 19 Coach after winning the 2011 Under 19 Federation Cup.
