FFSA Announce Major Sponsorship

Football Federation SA is pleased to announce Global Snack Manufacturer Mamee as the new Junior Premier and State League sponsor.

Mamee has signed on as the JPL and JSL naming rights sponsor for the next three years and is looking to invest heavily in the junior game.

On a worldwide level Mamee is also a Major partner of Manchester United and so brings unique and exciting opportunities to tie in with this champion team.

FFSA CEO Michael Carter applauded the support Mamee is providing for the FFSA junior competitions.

“FFSA welcome the support of Mamee for the next three years. We are delighted they have come on board as they have shown significant interest in the development of junior football. Links with Manchester United adds something very special to the partnership with Mamee and local clubs will benefit financially also with details to be released shortly,” he said.

Mamee Australia’s Marketing Manager Matt Parry revealed global snack manufacturer was excited with the new partnership.

“Mamee is extremely excited to be sponsoring the FFSA Junior Premier and State League in South Australia,” he said.

“Playing sport and developing a healthy lifestyle is so important for kids and we are proud to be actively involved in promoting and developing opportunities for Adelaide kids to get involved in football.”

“We are also pleased that we can, together with Manchester United, facilitate ways to financially support local clubs as well.”

Mamee was incorporated in 1971 and is currently listed on the main board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

Mamee, whose Australian office has been based in Adelaide for over 20 years, is committed to providing healthy snacks for kids. Their products are Amber compliant with the Healthy School Canteen strategies around Australia (see website for more info www.mamee.com.au) and their slogan “Eat Well Play Well” encapsulates their desire to promote a healthy diet and lifestyle balance.
