White City Media Release - John Solari joins Newcastle Jets

White City Soccer Club is extremely pleased and proud to announce that first team goalkeeper John Solari has agreed terms to join the Newcastle Jets in the Hyundai A League for the 2013/14 season. 

John joined White City for the 2013 season, and has played as the number one goalkeeper for all 15 games in the FFSA’s National Premier League thus far. 

This signing continues a long tradition for White City, of players progressing from White City in the local SA competition to the national competition and beyond, the most recent being Robert Cornthwaite who went to Adelaide United from White City in 2005, now establishing a football career in South Korea and the Australian National team.

The officials and fans of White City, wishes John all the very best with his next club, Newcastle Jets and his pursuit of a career as a professional footballer.
