Lady Red Kelly Barltrop Giving Back to Knights Juniors
Para Hills Knights are pleased to announce Kelly Barltrop as their Under 15 Junior Girls coach for the 2014 Season.
Kelly’s appointment is another step forward in the development plan of the club and vision to implement a clear pathway in building a strong and vibrant junior model.
Kelly herself has been a long time Knight’s player who has moved through the pathways from STIC, FFSA NTC and a member of the Westfield W-League Lady Reds. Kelly also won the 2013 Goal Keeper of the Year in the Women’s Premier League.
Women’s Knights have had great success with the Juniors to date and the FFA model and curriculum will provide a clear path and direction to achieving the goals set.
Kelly will work with the under 17 coach Shaun Clifton who has an AFC licence and will help mentor Kelly as she takes on this role.
Para Hills Knights Chairman Peter Greco is proud of her achievements and delighted with the appointment.

“Kelly will add value to the junior girls and pass on her wealth of knowledge and experience to the next generation of premier league players”.
