Noarlunga United Goes Global

The Noarlunga United Club Committee recently approved the donation of surplus club kits to be donated to a mission in Uganda named the GULU Community Vocational School. A community supported by the Bright Futures group.

The kits included tops, shorts, jackets and socks to fit out 2 adult teams and 2 children’s teams. Some balls and pumps were also sent over.

The venture developed through a foundation parent of Woodcroft College, Andrew Farmer. Andrew is heavily involved with mission work and when it was noted to him that Noarlunga United had the kits available he was delighted to send them to the school in Uganda.
