NTC Player Alec Maiolo Makes All Stars at Nike All Asia Camp
South Australian National Training Centre (NTC) scholarship holders Alec Maiolo and Nicholas Polli have represented Australia at the Nike All Asia Football Camp in Qatar from the 9th to the 15th of February.
The camp which brings together 70 of the best rising football stars from within the Asia Pacific region sees players learn and train under some of the worlds best coaches attending from Barcelona, Manchester United and Inter Milan.
Held at the internationally renowned Aspire Academy in Qatar and boasting seven outdoor pitches, the camp is a rare opportunity for some of the top players from Asia and the Pacific.
Alec Maiolo was selected at the Qatar camp to be a part of the All Stars. Playing on right wing and then as a striker, Maiolo scored 1 goal in the All Stars game which resulted in his side winning 3-1.
Football Federation SA congratulations both Alec and Nicholas on representing SA at the camp.
