On behalf of the FFSA Board of Management and the Hall Of Fame Honours Committee; the Football Family of South Australia extend their condolences to the Kosmina Family on the passing of Alex.
Alex Kosmina was an inaugural Member of the South Australian Hall of Fame established in 2003.

Migrated to Australia in 1950 from Nowe, Klonki, Poland.
Contributed to the game of soccer as a player, coach, manager and administrator also a Life Member SASF and Polonia SC (Adelaide).
Officiated as Executive Board Member SASF and Chairman SASF 1st Division Management Committee was also Secretary of the North West Zone, Secretary and Executive Committee Member Polonia SC and Member of many committees including the NSL Steering Committee.
