Radio 1629AM Joins Football Federation SA
Football Federation SA (FFSA) is pleased to announce that Radio 1629AM will join the FFSA as a Broadcast Partner for the 2015 PlayStation4 National Premier League (NPL) season.
Lead by veteran commentators Paul Pelizzari and Rob Pepicelli, Radio 1629 will broadcast one match per week from the PlayStation4 NPL season, along with a Saturday Soccer Show.
FFSA Chief Executive Officer Michael Carter said that bringing a further community broadcast partner on board to further promote football in the state is an exciting step for the local game.
“Increasing the coverage of the local Playstation4 National Premier Leagues will be of great benefit to Football, local clubs and fans of the competition.
“Paul and Rob are well known by the Football Family and their commitment to the code is unquestioned.”
1629 will kick-off their match broadcasts this coming Wednesday at the Season Launch game between Croydon Kings and MetroStars at Adelaide Shores Football Centre.
