Affiliated Club Grant Applications Now Open

FFSA is pleased to offer our affiliated Clubs the opportunity to apply for a share of funding recently announced by the State Government.

Mr. Tom Koutsantonis MP, South Australia's Treasurer, revealed the $100,000 grant at our 2016 Celebration of Football event at the Adelaide Convention Centre last month.

The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to affiliated Clubs for the provision of equipment that will be used in the delivery of football programs and activities.

"Clubs are a vital conduit for the provision of football and for supporting their local community to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle," says FFSA Chief Executive, Michael Carter.

"FFSA acknowledges the contribution that Clubs make to the growth and development of our sport."

"Their hard work has contributed to football becoming one of the biggest participation sports in Australia."

FFSA has today distributed funding guidelines and an application form to affiliated associations which can also be downloaded and completed HERE.

If you have any queries relating to the Equipment Grant, please do not hesitate to contact Wendy Carter on 8340 3088.

That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
