North Geelong Warriors Technical Director
The Technical Director will have many tasks including:
- Work closely with Football Ops (FO) and Senior Coaching Staff to implement a Football Plan, Playing Model throughout the North Geelong Warriors FC Football Program.
- Co-Ordinate Skill Acquisition Program in Geelong.
- Work closely with the Football Ops, coaches and players to provide training plans and customise plans suitable for age groups. Present plans for coaches and players to educate the purpose and intent prior to implementing.
- Work with team’s coaches to inspect training sessions, take sessions to advise of correct principles and methods.
