NEWS: GRFC Men’s Division One – Round 6 Preview
THE pick of the action in this weekend’s GRFC Men’s Division One Round 6 will be the top of the table clash between Deakin Gold and Barwon Red on Friday night.
Barwon Red is currently leading the competition after Deakin Gold’s untimely draw last weekend with Surf Coast FC. As such, the top two teams of the elite Men’s division will play for top spot on the ladder tonight (Friday) with the big clash kicking off at 8.30pm at Deakin University’s Top Fields.
The game to keep an eye out for on Sunday will be the game involving the second Deakin team, Ducks Green, and Surf Coast FC. Deakin Green currently sits 3rd on the ladder while Surf Coast trails behind them by 5 points. The game will also be staged at Deakin’s Top Fields with kick off set down for 3pm.
